This Course Features Three Modules:
Each module takes about one hour of time which includes viewing videos, reading relevant articles, answering questions, contributing to the course and collaborating with other learners.

Module 1: Operating in a Post Covid-19 Workplace
This module will cover: the challenges and new opportunities in returning to the workplace Post Covid-19; recent Willis Towers Watson research among 514 global employers on Plans for Resetting Business Operations Post Covid-19; the importance of building resiliency and worker wellbeing; and how HR leaders are partnering with facilities and business leaders to plan for a safe return to the workplace.
Module 2: How HR Is Accelerating the New Normal of Work
This module will cover: how the Coronavirus is accelerating innovations in the future of work and promoting increased cross industry collaborations for how we work and who we work with; a Microsoft case study of successful strategies for remote working for individual workers and managers of remote workers; and research from the Cognizant Center for the Future of Work and Future Workplace on New HR Jobs Being Created Post Covid-19.
Module 3: Create an Action Plan For Returning To The Office Post Covid-19
This module will cover: building an Action Plan for yourself, your team and your organization to return to a safe and healthy workplace; reviewing toolkits and playbooks as you plan your roadmap; crowdsource your road to creating a safe and smart workplace and receive input and guidance from other learners; and Coronavirus New Normal Workplace Practices from Amazon, Postmates, Siemens, Target, Google, Salesforce, Levi’s, Twitter, Facebook, Zillow, Microsoft, and more.
