Gianpaolo Barozzi

Gianpaolo Barozzi is a Sr. Director in Cisco HR, leading the Digitization Office in the newly formed Leadership & Team Intelligence organization. Susan Biancani

Susan Biancani is an experienced data scientist, manager, and team leader with a demonstrated history in People Analytics in the tech industry. She brings a strong social science background (PhD in Organizational Sociology from Stanford) and technical expertise (MS in Computer Science, with focus on Artificial Intelligence & Data Management, also from Stanford) to her work. She is currently the Data Science Manager, People Analytics at Airbnb.

Reid Blackman

CEO, Virtue

Reid is the Founder and CEO of Virtue. In that capacity he has worked with companies to integrate ethics and ethical risk mitigation into company culture and the development, deployment, and procurement of emerging technology products. He is also a Senior Advisor to Ernst & Young and sits on their Artificial Intelligence Advisory Board, and is a member of IEEE’s Ethically Aligned Design Initiative. Prior to founding Virtue, Reid was a professor of philosophy at Colgate University and the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. His research appeared in numerous prestigious professional journals including the European Journal of Philosophy, The Canadian Journal of Philosophy, and Erkenntnis. He also founded a fireworks wholesaling company and was even a flying trapeze instructor. He received his B.A. from Cornell University, his M.A. from Northwestern University, and his Ph.D. from The University of Texas, Austin.


Kevin Blair

Former VP Global Talent Acquisition, IBM

Kevin has spent his entire career in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Branding. He has extensive Global experience, building and re-building teams and processes to drive effective delivery across all regions and in many organizational structures. Kevin has led the delivery and attraction of Talent in EMEA, the Americas and Asia Pacific/Japan regions, managing high-performance delivery teams and driving enhanced experiences for clients, stakeholders, partners and candidates. In his most recent role as Global VP Talent Acquisition at IBM, Kevin is responsible for all hiring, across all divisions of IBM. Annually he is responsible for delivering 50,000 plus new IBMers into the business and giving them a uniquely IBM onboarding experience. Kevin has a Talent leadership team building industry-leading cognitive & AI tools to enhance and speed up the process, candidate engagement approaches and Agile delivery methodologies.

Michael Bland

VP, CLO,  TIAA

Michael Bland is VP and Chief Learning Officer for TIAA, where he is accountable for the strategic vision and tactical execution of Learning and Development across the company. Michael is passionate about the role of technology and innovation in learning and the focus of L&D in preparing talent to deliver improved business results today and into an ever-changing future. Prior to TIAA, Michael spent over 20 years in learning and leadership development roles, working across varied industries, and large and small companies.

Robert Brown

VP, Center for the Future of Work, Cognizant Technology

Robert Brown joined Cognizant’s Center for the Future of Work in 2014. Since that time, he has worked extensively with the Cognizant Digital Operations practice as head of market strategy, and also with Cognizant’s Business Accelerator leadership to drive the development of its intelligent automation strategy, messaging and go-to-market outreach. His research emphasis has been on the topics of robotics, automation, privacy and augmented reality and their impact on business processes. Prior to joining Cognizant, Robert served as a Managing Vice President at Gartner, Inc. both in the US and London. In addition to his career as a strategist and research analyst, his experience has included positions at Hewlett-Packard as well as the British House of Commons.

Simon Brown

Katherine has 15 years of experience working in the people arena. She is a thought-leader in employee experience and well-being programs. Jeremy Eaves

Jeremy Eaves is the Vice President of Human Resources at DaVita Kidney Care. Jeremy has extensive experience in partnering with senior leadership to drive business results. In his previous role as head of employee relations and workplace investigations for the Fortune 500 healthcare organization, he led a team of employee relations advisors and managers responsible for consulting on and investigating all domestic employee relations issues. Chrys Ennis

Chrys has spent the past 12 years in the learning and development team at Verizon. She spent three years prior to that working in public education. Her background includes teaching, content development, managing learning and development teams and strategic planning. Chrys recently launched a gamification platform that connects online learning, reinforcement and on-the-job performance into a single hub that allows employees to earn virtual and real rewards for completing trainings and achieving goals. She lives in the Snoqualmie Valley near Seattle and enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two giant dogs.

With over 10 years of eLearning experience, Bill’s focus is on supporting Enterprise Learning Technologies. Bill received his BBA from Loyola University Maryland (formerly Loyola College) and an MBA from the University of Baltimore.

Esther Gallo

Vice President – Strategic Workforce Planning and People Insights, Corporate HR, MasterCard

Esther Gallo leads the People Planning and Insights team in Mastercard, being her areas of focus Strategic Workforce Planning, Future of Work, and advanced analytics. She has worked across multiple industries and supported international companies during her experience as managing consultant in Deloitte, delivering engagements related to strategic and business planning, program management, financial modeling, organizational design, change management, and process reengineering. She has a master’s degree in Business Administration and degree and master’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering.

Nicholas Garbis

Nicholas is the VP of People Analytics Strategy at One Model, Inc. Nicholas has 15+ years experience in people analytics & planning. He partners with people analytics teams to help them establish their strategies for deploying analytics and to bring back key insights to the product team. Previously, Nicholas was the Global Head for Strategic Workforce Planning for Allianz, where he built SWP methodology that supports the digital transformation agenda for the business. Prior to joining Allianz, Nicholas worked for General Electric, joining the GE Energy division’s Global Strategy & Planning in a dual role including economic analysis and strategic workforce planning.

Matt Getz

Matthew Getz joined CryoLife in August 2019 as Vice President, Human Resources. Matt brings more than 25 years of human resources leadership experience in media, banking, and technology industries, and will oversee the company’s global human resources practice and strategy. Mark Hanson

As a product owner for Emsi’s talent analytics team, Mark Hanson leads the development of Emsi Skills products, guides initiatives and partnerships related to Emsi Skills, and both conducts and presents skills research. Prior to Emsi, he was the Director of Talent Analytics at UnitedHealth Group (as well as an Emsi customer for five years!), where he led UHG’s people analytics teams focused on talent intelligence, talent acquisition reporting, human capital reporting, and site selection. Mark has five years of management consulting experience: three years focused on strategic planning and business analysis, and two years focused on talent development and leadership training.

Richard Hess

Richard has more than 10 years’ experience in managing product innovation, digital solutions and projects with the consumer or end-user at the center of the process. Recently he has become extremely passionate about the mixed reality space (AR/VR/XR) where he’s spent the past 3 years evangelizing and scaling the technology within a large FCMG business. Nick Howe is an award winning chief learning officer and business leader. Megan Leasher

Dr. Megan Leasher is an award-winning industrial and organizational psychologist who is passionate  about connecting challenge and compassion, insights and intuition, and faith and fearlessness into the  design of talent-based solutions for individuals and organizations.  Currently, Dr. Leasher serves as the Chief Solutions Strategist for Talent Plus. She previously led the people science  practice for Macy’s Inc. and served as a senior consultant for Chally Group Worldwide. An avid speaker, she has presented at national and regional conferences, corporate meetings,  universities and non-profit events. Prior to GE, Sara held positions at UBS and HP in consulting roles where she led transformational change initiatives, facilitated executive integration workshops and managed large-scale development projects.
