Each module takes about one hour of time which includes viewing videos, reading relevant articles, answering questions, contributing to the course and collaborating with other learners.
The Three Modules include:
Module One: De-Mystify Curiosity
During the first module, we will cover curiosity as it refers to individual professionals as an internal driver. On the first module of the program, we will demystify curiosity and provide tools to analyze one’s own curiosity as well as curiosity in others. We will cover cognitive, empathic and self-reflective curiosity and discuss how curiosity helps professionals at work. Finally, this first module will include an online curiosity self-assessment for each individual and a report out of their results.
Module Two: Case Studies of Organizations with a Curious Culture
The second module of this program, we will discuss the environmental aspect of curiosity i.e. how to think about curiosity as it is expressed through and organizations’ processes, practices, culture and climate. We will explore how organizations can improve their curiosity quotient by taking small yet powerful proactive steps. We feature video case studies of HR and Learning practitioners who are building a culture of curiosity and lifelong learning to further employee resilience and build a commitment to upskilling and continuous learning.
Module Three: Building Your Action Plan
In the third module, we will discuss the role of the leader in creating a culture of curiosity and lifelong learning in the team and in the organization. Importantly we will present you with a blueprint to reflect on your own workplace environment and to propose specific actions you can recommend to positively embed curiosity into the DNA of your team and your organization.
Culmination Webinar
We will invite all learners registered in this program to a webinar to discus their journey to build a curious mindset for themselves and a culture of curiosity and lifelong learning for their team and organization.
