Some of Katherine’s greatest accomplishments include designing and introducing an industry-leading financial well-being program for a top financial institution now sold to hundreds of companies, creating a full-time storyteller job to spread purpose in action, introducing integrated health providers in onsite clinics to address the whole person, unleashing a campaign on mental health services, and leading early-career bankers through a super-charged development program. These and many more programs all have one thing in common – a focus on the employee and their ability to deliver their best.
