The Five Modules of Designing a Holistic Employee Experience include:
Module 1: Building the Case for Designing a Holistic Employee Experience
We explore the state of employee experience and examine recent research on why we should address the employee experience. We will explore the changing expectations of humans and their work and understand the realities of the recent growth in remote working. We will delve into the range of ways employers can listen to employees and the different levers of employee experience, ultimately connecting this work back to business outcomes. We will finally explore companies that are creating intentional cultures, making a commitment to employee’s resilience and their wellbeing. Our curated tool, the Employee Experience Solution Landscape, will be shared to uncover a range of solution providers devoted to creating a differentiated employee experience.
Module 2: Seeing the Role of Purpose, Values, and Culture in the Employee Experience
Understanding the future of work needs to start with seeing the workplace through the lens of your workforce, your purpose, your values, your culture, your communications, and your leadership. We will showcase how organizations are leading with a clear purpose that comes to life in everyday interactions their people have with the company and each other, creating a connected and fulfilled workforce.
Module 3: Understanding the Role of a Cross Functional Team to Create a Holistic Employee Experience
A holistic employee experience stretches well beyond the HR suite and is challenging the historical role of HR. In this module we will examine video case studies of cross-functional teams, explaining the why and how their organization is introducing new team structures and challenging traditional roles resulting in faster and more seamless employee experiences. We explore eliminating silos and hierarchies, empowering employees, and delivering a more consistent, aligned employee experience.
Module 4: Examining the Digital Technologies that can Enhance Collaboration, the Place of Work, and the Employee Experience
The range of technologies in the workplace to enhance the employee experience are exploding at a dizzying rate. Add in the re-imagined work place that has transformed how and where many employees work. Understand why and where organizations are investing in a range of new technologies and decision support tools to improve the candidate and employee experience, eliminate the complexity of many HR and IT processes, and offer employees smarter workplaces and tools to collaborate and work in a changing place of work.
Module 5: Connecting Employee Experience to Tangible Business Outcomes
Organizations that are creating exceptional employee experiences are improving productivity, employee retention, and customer loyalty. They are providing differentiated employee experiences and realizing favorable business outcomes.
